A safety product is more than a webshop.
Hövding makes an airbag for cyclists: a connected safety product with its own firmware and a crash replacement programme. The digital needs stretch far beyond ordinary ecommerce.
We took on the whole web experience, built on Shopify with a fully bespoke theme, and developed the internal platforms that make the product, the sales and the support work together.

How the work got done.

Which internal platforms did you build?
An internal sales tool for the team, a firmware platform that connects to the device, and an automated system for the crash replacement programme. Three systems that used to be manual or didn't exist at all.

Why was everything built custom?
Hövding's product is connected and complex: firmware, warranty and crash replacement set demands that off-the-shelf templates and apps can't meet. We built exactly what was needed, tightly integrated.

We have just started building up Hövding's paid search. More on that once the numbers are in.
